At The Spot Visions, we strive to provide high-quality video production and editing services to all our clients. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, this Refund Policy outlines how refund requests are handled.




1. Service-Based Refunds



The Spot Visions primarily provides creative services, including video production and editing. Because these services involve time, expertise, and creative work, refunds are handled based on the stage of the project.


Refund eligibility will depend on the terms agreed upon in the project agreement or invoice.




2. Project Deposits



In some cases, a deposit or advance payment may be required before work begins.


Deposits are generally non-refundable once:


  • Project planning has started

  • Editing or production work has begun

  • Resources have been allocated to the project



Deposits secure production time and creative resources.




3. Work in Progress



If a project is cancelled after work has started:


  • The client may still be invoiced for work already completed.

  • Refunds may be issued only for the portion of the project that has not yet been started.



The amount eligible for refund will be determined based on the progress of the project.




4. Non-Refundable Services



The following are non-refundable:


  • Customized or personalized video content

  • Work that has already been completed or delivered

  • Editing services that have already been performed

  • Digital files that have already been delivered



Because these services involve creative labor and digital deliverables, they cannot be returned.




5. Revisions



Before considering refunds, The Spot Visions will make reasonable efforts to address concerns through revision rounds, if included in the agreed project scope.


Clients are encouraged to provide clear feedback during the revision process to ensure the final result meets expectations.

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:


  • Your name and contact details

  • Project name or invoice number

  • A brief explanation of the refund request

7. Refund Processing



If a refund request is approved:


  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original payment, where possible.
