• Review and provide feedback within agreed timelines.

The Spot Visions is not responsible for delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• The Spot Visions retains the intellectual property rights to all creative materials produced until full payment has been received.

• After full payment, the client receives usage rights for the final delivered video content.

The Spot Visions reserves the right to use completed projects for:

• Portfolio

• Marketing

• Social media

• Website showcase

Unless a separate confidentiality agreement is in place.

7. File Storage

Project files and client media may be stored for up to 6 months after project completion.

After this period, files may be permanently deleted unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their final deliverables.

8. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated prior to the start of a project.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period.

• Late payments may result in delays in project delivery.

All payments must be completed before final files are delivered unless a written agreement states otherwise.

9. Cancellation

If a project is cancelled:

• Work already completed may still be invoiced.

• Deposits or advance payments may be non-refundable depending on the project stage.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms for file transfer or collaboration, including:

• Google Drive

• WeTransfer

• Dropbox

We are not responsible for the policies or technical issues related to these external platforms.

11. Website Content
